YTool: Download and Update

YTool is a free stand-alone software designed for extracting human Y chromosomal SNPs information from genome-wide association studies (GWAS) data in order to perform phylogenetic analyses. It is available for WinXP/Vista/Win7/Win8, and consists of two modules: (1) PLINK module and (2) NETWORK module. The former is used to filter unqualified Y-SNPs; and the later is utilized for outputting analysis reports that are based on network construction. The two modules were designed to interact with PLINK and NETWORK, which are commonly used in GWAS and phylogenetic analyses, respectively. The intact pipeline for PLINK, NETWORK and YTool is shown in its manual.
